Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:
- Condition: Items must be in new or slightly used condition, with all original tags, accessories, and packaging intact.
- Window: Requests must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
Exceptions:
Certain products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product description page are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How to Return or Exchange
You can choose either of the following methods:
- By Mail: Pack the product securely with all original tags, accessories, and packaging. Clearly write our address and contact number on a piece of paper and stick it to the return box. A delivery agent will come to your doorstep to pickup the parcel within 2 days.
- In-Store: Visit our store to return or exchange the product (incase this is more convenient to you).
Once we receive the product, our team will conduct a quality check. For defective or damaged items, we will process your exchange or refund immediately after verification.
Replacement: Subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be processed.

Non-Returnable Items
